  1. Services Overview

1.1 Done-For-You Projects

Custom Framer websites, Notion workflow setups, and automation integrations quoted individually per project. Scope, deliverables, and timeline are defined before work begins. Four standard packages are available (Starter, Growth, Scale, Full Suite), though custom scoping is available based on your needs.

1.2 Templates

Pre-built Framer website templates and Notion workflow systems sold as digital products. Templates are delivered as-is for you to duplicate and customize. Template customization services are available as a separate engagement.

  1. Project Terms

2.1 Payments

50% deposit required before work begins. Remaining 50% due before delivery of final files. Payment accepted via bank transfer or online payment link provided at the time of invoicing. Late payments pause all active work until the balance is settled.

2.2 Timelines

Project timelines are agreed upon before work begins and vary by scope:

Starter projects: 2 to 4 weeks
Growth projects: 4 to 6 weeks
Scale projects: 8 to 10 weeks
Full Suite projects: 10 to 12 weeks

Timelines begin once the deposit is received and all required materials have been provided by the client. Delays in providing feedback, content, or approvals may extend the timeline accordingly.

2.3 Rush Delivery

Rush delivery (under 1 week) is available at an additional 30% of the project fee, subject to availability.

3.1 Included Services

Framer website design and development Notion workspace setup and workflow design Automation and integration setup (n8n, Zapier, Make) CMS setup and configuration Basic SEO setup Responsive design (desktop and mobile) Walkthrough and handover session Post-launch support as specified per package

3.2 Not Included

Copywriting (I build with the content you provide)

Photography or video production

Custom backend development outside of Framer and Notion Ongoing content management after handover

Domain registration and hosting fees (Framer hosting is separate) Third-party tool subscriptions (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)

  1. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide the following in a timely manner:

All text content, images, and brand assets needed for the project

A single point of contact for feedback and approvals Feedback within 5 business days of receiving drafts or updates

Access to relevant accounts and tools as needed (Notion, domain registrar, etc.)

Delays in providing the above may result in extended timelines. I will communicate proactively if this happens.

  1. Revisions

5.1 Done-For-You Projects

Revision rounds are specified per package:

Starter: 1 revision round

Growth: 2 revision rounds

Scale: 3 revision rounds

Full Suite: 3 revision rounds

A revision round means one set of consolidated feedback addressed in one pass. Additional revision rounds beyond what is included are billed at $150 per round.

Major scope changes (adding new pages, new workflows, or new integrations not in the original brief) require a revised quote.

5.2 Templates

Templates are sold as-is. No revisions are included with template purchases. Template customization is available as a separate service starting at $500.

  1. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

You receive full ownership of all final deliverables upon full payment. This includes the Framer website, Notion workspace, and any automations built for your project.

6.2 Portfolio Rights

I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio, website, social media, and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing before the project begins.

6.3 Templates

Templates are licensed for single use per purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the template files. One purchase covers one project or one business.

  1. Confidentiality

I will not share your business information, internal processes, or project details with third parties. Any sensitive materials you provide will be handled with care and stored securely. This extends beyond the duration of our project.

If I wish to use any project details in a case study, I will ask for your written permission first.

  1. Termination

8.1 By the Client

You may terminate a project at any time by providing written notice via email. If terminated after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. You will receive all work completed up to the point of termination.

8.2 By Me

I reserve the right to terminate a project if: payments are overdue by more than 14 days, communication becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days, or the working relationship becomes untenable. In this case, all completed work and deposit are retained.

  1. Refunds

9.1 Done-For-You Projects

The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. If I am unable to deliver the agreed scope, a full refund will be issued.

9.2 Templates

Due to the digital nature of templates, all template sales are final. No refunds are available for template purchases. Please review the template preview thoroughly before purchasing.

  1. Limitation of Liability

My total liability for any project is limited to the total fees paid for that project. I am not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of deliverables. I do not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or conversion rates.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through good faith discussion first. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through mediation. Jurisdiction falls under the laws of India.

  1. Modifications

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued engagement after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
