  • Messages and communication through email, Notion, or scheduling tools

This data is collected through basic analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Plausible) to understand how people use the site. I do not use this data to identify you personally.

Third-Party Services

I use a small number of third-party tools to run my business. These services may process some of your data as part of their function:

  • zCal (scheduling calls)

  • Gumroad or Lemonsqueezy (template purchases and payment processing)

  • Google Analytics or Plausible (website analytics)

  • Notion (project management and collaboration)

  • Email provider (communication)

  • Framer (website hosting)

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. I choose tools that handle data responsibly, but I am not responsible for how third-party services manage your data on their end.

Data Storage and Security

  • Project files and communications are stored in secure cloud services (Notion, Google Drive, email)

  • I do not store your payment card details. All payments are handled by third-party processors

  • I use strong passwords and two-factor authentication on all accounts that hold client data

  • Access to your project materials is limited to me. I do not outsource work without telling you first

Data Retention

  • Active project data is kept for the duration of the project plus 6 months after completion

  • Financial records (invoices, payment confirmations) are kept as required by law

  • Template purchase records are kept for as long as needed to provide access and support

  • You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing me

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data I hold about you

  • Request corrections to inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of your data

  • Withdraw consent for any communication you previously opted into

  • Request a copy of your data in a standard format
