Building a research operating system for long-form writing

I write long-form articles about AI-native products, GTM, and systems thinking. The research for those articles lived in open tabs, bookmarks, and memory, which meant every new piece started from zero. I spent one day building the system that fixes this: a knowledge graph that holds every source I’ve read, every concept they touch, and every connection between them. It was built the way I market: by directing AI agents through workflows instead of doing the tasks by hand.
Agent-orchestrated research pipeline. Four AI research agents ran in parallel: one mapped my 9 published articles into a voice and style guide, and three harvested the best sources across AI-native products, GTM engineering, and AI stacks. Each agent searched, ranked, scraped, and wrote structured notes with summaries, key claims, and citable quotes. 46 sources processed in under an hour of wall-clock time.
A concept layer that finds the bridges. Every note links the concepts it touches, 81 in total, from Feedback Loops to Waterfall Enrichment. A script cross-references them and flags bridge concepts: ideas that appear across multiple domains. Those 12 bridges, like AI Agents, Systems Thinking, and Context Engineering, are where my article ideas now come from.
An Obsidian vault built for writing, not hoarding. The vault ships with a ranked to-read list, per-bucket maps of content, and 10 pre-built article angles: real tensions between sources (Clay says engineer the outbound; Lemkin says automation is killing it) paired with the systems lens to resolve them. The first article drafted from the vault was sourced and cited in minutes, not days.
An interactive graph website. The whole repository is also a website: a force-directed graph where every node is clickable, concepts are sized by how many connections they carry, and every claim links back to its original source. Research I can see is research I actually use.
